I WANT TO BUY AN ITEM FROM YOUR COLLECTION. HOW CAN I MAKE THE PURCHASE?

You can visit my Etsy shop and buy the items you want. For the items that are not listed on Etsy shop, you can contact me by sending e-mail to ulasyeginerart@gmail.com You may also send message to me through my Instagram account (ulasyeginer_art).

HOW CAN I LEARN THE PRICES?

You may check my Etsy shop for the prices. For the prices of the items that are not listed on the shop, please contact me.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED PROCESSING TIME FOR SHIPPING?

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. 1-3 business days is the processing time for most of the orders.

ARE YOU CHARGING SHIPPING FEE?

Shipping is free of charge for domestic sales of all works. For international sales, buyers are responsible for shipping fee.

ARE YOU PROVIDING FRAMING SERVICE FOR YOUR ARTWORKS?

No. All the artworks are sent as unframed.

ARE YOU SELLING PRINTS OF YOUR ARTWORKS?

No, I am not selling prints.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes. Please contact within 14 days for the item you want to return. The item must be sent within 30 days. The item to be returned must not have been damaged or altered in any way. Otherwise, return request will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

For your cancellation requests, please contact me within 24 hours. Cancellation requests after 24 hours are not accepted.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS?

No, I do not accept custom orders for the moment.

ARE YOU SHIPPING YOUR ARTWORKS TO COUNTRIES OTHER THAN TURKEY?

Yes, I am. Please contact me for more information about international shipping.
